The information that is not to be disclosed includes the following: The name of the clients and/or their children The name and address of the property of the client Any information regarding the client’s personal situation Any information regarding the personal contents of the client’s home By submitting this form, I am acknowledging that I have read and agree to all terms and that any violation of this agreement could result in harm to the client and may result in criminal charges.

Safety Guidelines

The people we serve have experienced abuse by an intimate partner, and many may still be at risk. Their privacy is paramount.

To protect our clients, all volunteers and partners present at the client’s home must follow these guidelines:

Please bring literature/flyers/information about your organization for us to leave with the client and allow them to contact you FIRST. Do not contact clients directly outside of the installation.
No smoking or alcohol use while volunteering.
No weapons allowed.
Don’t share the address location with anyone else, and don’t save the address anywhere.
Don’t bring anyone to the installation who has not signed up using the link/ or information provided to you. Teenagers are welcome to sign up and volunteer. Please don’t bring small children.
TURN OFF GPS ON YOUR PHONE BEFORE TAKING PICTURES. Leaving it on will imbed the location in the image data.
Do not take pictures or share information that can identify the client, their friends/family members, or their exact location. Please don’t post your pictures from the installations on public pages.
Allow LHD to post pictures/video from the installation to social media. We would love for you to share those images with your followers, and we’re happy to tag you or your organization, if you choose.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have received and will adhere to the safety guidelines that are outlined in this document. Furthermore, you agree that any violation of these guidelines will result in your being asked to leave the install/ activity and that you will no longer be allowed to volunteer with LatterHouse Décor.
